Panel

Our standard polyurethane (PUR) insulated composite panels are purposefully designed for swift, efficient, and cost-effective wall and ceiling construction. Featuring a male-female edge profile, these panels guarantee seamless, airtight alignment of panel-to-panel joints. Additionally, the cam-lock system, utilised for roof and wall applications, can reduce installation time by up to 30%.

Core

We utilise our proprietary manufacturing method, Uniform Dispersion Molding (UDM), to manufacture our structural insulated panels. This process entails uniformly injecting liquid polyurethane foam between two panel skins. Our industry-leading approach leverages a specially-designed polyurethane closed-cell foam, culminating in a final structure renowned for its outstanding strength, thermal performance, and fire resistance.

SIPs

Our structural insulated panels (SIPs) represent a high-performance building system designed for residential and light commercial construction. These panels comprise an insulating foam core encased between two structural facings, usually oriented strand board (OSB). Manufactured under controlled factory conditions, SIPs can be tailored to suit nearly any building design. The result is a resilient, energy-efficient, and cost-effective building system
